This concept is the disclosure of personal experience through work with the image of the body. Comprehension and fixation of feelings and forms in the moments of anxiety muscle tension.
Anxiety can manifest in various physical symptoms, one of which is muscle tension. This tension can be a result of the body's response to anxiety-inducing situations or prolonged periods of stress. Anxiety muscle tension can be a vicious cycle as the physical discomfort can exacerbate anxiety, creating a feedback loop.
Our body's response to anxiety is a survival mechanism, the "fight or flight" response. However, chronic anxiety can cause muscle tension that leads to discomfort and pain. This tension is often experienced in the neck, shoulders, and back muscles. In severe cases, it can lead to tension headaches or even migraines.
It's essential to recognize that anxiety muscle tension is not a sign of weak-ness. It is a physical manifestation of anxiety that can be managed with the right tools and support. Understanding and identifying the physical symptoms of anxiety can be helpful in managing it.
I want to show the search for form not through the objective boundaries of our body, but through the subjective perception of these boundaries. Because it is this subjective boundary that provides a feeling of comfort.
